Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Connected Canine Co.’s services, including private dog coaching, walk-and-train services, and puppy development coaching. By booking and using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Connected Canine Co. offers private dog coaching, walk-and-train services, and puppy development coaching. The availability of services may vary, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a missed session.

  • An additional travel fee of $25 will be applied per session, and is due at the beginning of the session, should the training location be further than 35km of Seaford.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their dog, including behavioural history and medical conditions.

  • Clients must ensure their dog is up to date with vaccinations and flea/tick treatments.

  • Clients must follow all training advice and safety guidelines provided by Connected Canine Co.

4. Liability and Risk

  • Connected Canine Co. takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of dogs and clients; however, we are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur during training or walks.

  • Clients acknowledge that dog training outcomes vary based on factors such as consistency, effort, and the dog’s individual temperament.

  • Clients agree to indemnify Connected Canine Co. against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their dog’s behaviour.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session will be eligible to reschedule, no refund will be given.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the session will classified as a missed session, and may be forfeited.

  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

  • All packages (excluding The Ultimate Puppy Development Package) will expire 6 months from date of purchase. Any un-used sessions will not be eligible for a refund.

  • The Ultimate Puppy Development Package is a 12-week minimum commitment. If the client wishes to exit the contract prior to the minimum 12 week time frame, an early termination fee will apply.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We collect and store personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Client information will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.

  • Trainer may take photos and videos of the dog and/or client for use in any media and advertising of Connected Canine Co and their affiliates.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Clients must treat trainers, staff, and other clients with respect.

  • Any aggressive behaviour by a client or their dog may result in termination of services without a refund.

8. Amendments to Terms

Connected Canine Co. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
