All new clients must first complete any one of our packages listed on our Private Coaching or Puppy Development Pages.
Once your package is complete, you can:
A) unlock our ‘Top Up’ Sessions which are $150 for 60 minutes.
B) Purchase another package to continue training with us. Our trainers will be happy to recommend the most suitable option.

The duration required to reach your training goals can vary depending on several factors, including your dog's temperament, the complexity of the behaviour being trained, handler skill, and most importantly, how consistently the training is applied. Most clients see noticeable improvements within a few weeks, but achieving specific advanced goals typically takes consistent effort whilst adhering to the training plan over several months.

Food rewards are a powerful tool for positive reinforcement and for building motivation in your dog to repeat desired behaviours. The key is to phase out food rewards slowly to ensure that the learned behaviours remain strong and your dog is still highly motivated to perform them. During your training journey you will also learn how to use other reinforcers such as praise and play as well as the use of different schedules of reinforcement such as continuous and intermittent schedule to create long lasting behaviours.

Although some dogs aren’t as food motviated as others, they all possess a level of food drive in order to survive. Your trainer will teach you how to maximise your dogs food drive and as we understand all dogs are unique we will also teach you other ways to motivate your dog.

Regular practice is crucial for effective training. We recommend practising the assigned exercises daily. Each practice session should last about 5 to 15 minutes. Short, frequent training sessions help keep your dog engaged and prevent both of you from becoming overly tired or frustrated. Keep your dog wanting more!

or most dogs, 2-3 weeks between training sessions are ideal. This frequency allows enough time for you to practice skills learned during the session at home allowing us to progress the behaviour and teach new skills in following sessions.
